These vegetables are selected by housewives producers ,they say eating to be at ease .From can choose to buy or not to buy ,to eat what food to find racial what food journalist You Xiaopeng graph and text reading tips to eat real safe food ,a group of Zhengzhou housewife are experimenting with selected farmer ,advance payment ,purchase common way to create new patterns of consumption .
Farmers must according to the requirements of cultivation ,not to fight pesticide on chemical fertilizer ,accordingly, can also be a higher price to get ahead of funds ,ease of production .
People will find it to sell rice ,Professor He Huili several years ago, advocated package to buy are very similar ,however ,this initiative by Consumers Union ,let the producers and consumers of the docking is more easy ,running for one year, has attracted more than 100 family involvement .
A Chicai not to go to the market to buy fresh vegetables from the farm to the city of the direct distribution of rain to vegetable fields in suburban areas become muddy ,in May ,Yao Weihua worried .
Her mobile phone is ceaseless, scheduled for Monday the distribution of vegetables ,is repeatedly pushed back .On Wednesday, the day has finally cleared up ,buy wholesale products from chinese wholesaler, she immediately contact the farm ,about the next time .
Yao Weihua is a Zhengzhou city life green consumption alliance promoters .Alliance is not for profit purpose of the business ,but a consumer cooperatives, the purpose is very clear ,is combined with the customer in city ,the common pursuit of health ,safety ,environmental protection and quality of life ,and to help the disadvantaged producers .
Specifically ,is the housewives Baotuan son looking for reliable producers planting vegetable ( food safety ) ,and to advance to the higher returns . Alliance of agricultural products, to the member to provide distribution services ,in charge of food money paid on delivery cost ,service personnel subsidy ,balances will be returned to you .
Yao Weihua said ,the establishment of the past year ,union has attracted hundreds of family involvement ,weekly to 50 family distribution a vegetable ,at least one month group purchase of agricultural products .
By 9 a.m., Yao Weihua took a rented van came to Zhengzhou Beijiao farm field straw hat ,Lord Guo Mingliang and his wife were in command of the 3 women to receive dish .4 mus of vegetable plot ,spinach ,radish ,chrysanthemum ,vegetables ,coriander and other growing well ,although Yao Weihua is the customer ,but also joined the ranks of dishes ,not rest a moment .
This time ,the farm received a total of 6 varieties of about 400 jins of food ,household energy distribution from 6 to 10 kg .Guo Mingliang to every dish with a good ,put into the marked with the name and address of the plastic basket ,weight in the notebook .
The 50 dish ,will be sent to the area of the 6 distribution points ,and then by the members themselves receive .Yao Weihua introduced ,union members are mostly housewives ,many people are familiar with each other ,the child in the same kindergarten school .
Each side dishes ,they are first through the network and short message connection ,union and a public mailbox, there are dishes records ,for ready reference .Nearly 12 noon ,all the vegetables all packaging ,van return fully loaded ,the shuttle in the city high streets and back lanes .
Who lives in the East Street Miss Cheung home is a distant one, therefore each time an extra $20 distribution fee ,but she felt that ,because dish to eat the rest assured .Housewife Baotuan selected producers all the things you know who is the production of Yao Weihua another identity is a well-known public environmental group Friends of nature of the members elected ,early Henan team leader .
In 2009, she had been exposed to sell rice professor He Huili ,by the agricultural cooperatives thought influence ,want to set up city consumer cooperatives with the docking .However ,cheap china wholesalers, the direct cause is accelerated carry out this on the market vegetable trust-down .
environmentalists ,is also a mother ,a housewife, one family to eat meal the question to me is great, but now the vegetables and meat eating is not assured ,pesticide residues ,additives disturbance happens .
Yao Weihua initially in the straw hat farm leased 20 square meters to grow their own vegetables ,found no energy to do ,so out of idea: why not combine some consumers ,direct searching can be trusted not to fight pesticide producers to provide no chemical fertilizer ,the safety of vegetables ?The second half of last year ,she participated in the kindergarten parents with other parents together, they fit in easily with .
In August 16th, union was founded ,more than 10 housewife became the earliest members ,their first selected highly organic planting and we know Guo Mingliang ,after 3 months the team, determined by half a period ,order a dish prepaid 1560 yuan ,farm to provide a total of less than 240 kg vegetables .
Mode . The money ,1200 yuan of direct call farm ,360 yuan to the union ,as the cost of distribution .Yao Weihua said .Union is also looking for other agricultural producers ,through their relatives and friends to find Yanshi three farmers ,after the two door visits, identified by providing them with food grains other than wheat and rice .
In addition ,Yao Weihua also in the online contact the local environmental protection agriculture personage ,of selected organic products ,information published in the blog ,for the members of group purchase .
The Yao Weihua family community within a more than 10 square meters of kiosks ,was hired as the green alliance storage room ,there were group purchase of various grains and soy sauce ,honey .
The reporter sees ,the packaging of these products are mostly very simple, is the most unique labels were annotated by origin ,producers and other information .Honey is Yanshi farmer Li Zhenwei ,lotus and rice of South Village cooperatives in the production ,environmental protection master Tian Guirong village cooperatives also provides corn grits ,corn and sweet potato vermicelli etc.
.Reporter impression the deepest is through the logistics to the bags of rice ,tagging by Guangxi South Hengxian countryside farmer Xu Min plantation ,the farmhouse fertilizer ,weed and pest prevention is clearly written ,and have a mobile phone number .
All the things you know who is the out of production .Especially vegetables ,members can go to the farm to see without using pesticides or fertilizers .What you give is a slightly higher prices ,the harvest is security and mutual trust ,and the protection of cultivated land .
Yao Weihua said .C three farmers of adventures citizens into the mountains come signed contract price of grain to Yanshi county to set the village farmer Li Zhenwei, in recent years to sell food experience something new .
Grandparents live in the mountain because of poor ,not to attract enterprises and mines ,but the accident was a housewife trust in the city .At the beginning of this year ,made a special trip from Zhengzhou to Yao Weihua and others in the village outside the village stop-and-go ,identifying near no polluting enterprises and large-scale use of pesticides in traditional ,and Li Zhenwei signed a contract for the production of paper ,please ,soybeans, mung bean ,black soya bean and millet ,wheat ,peanut ,corn and honey ,prices than ordinary acquisition price is at least 1.
3 times ,the condition is absolutely without pesticides ,fertilizers and transgenic seeds, crops after harvest logistics through the mail to Zhengzhou ,freight from green alliance burden .According to the requirements of soybean planting ,must be at least halved ,corn ,wheat will cut into four ,and the human has to expend a lot ,Li Zhenwei and cannot be determined by asking how much is appropriate, but the buyers to make him remember :wheat market price is 1.
04 yuan a catty ,Li Zhenwei price 1.2 yuan ,each other .A dime ,$1.3 ;soybean market price is 2 yuan a catty ,he offers more than 3 yuan to 4.5 yuan ,each other . Smallholder cultivation is a risk, the green alliance is the idea of consumer production are also responsible ,risk sharing ,appropriate to raise prices ,in order to let their ease of production, but also on the ways of planting protection .
Yao Weihua said .Soon, Li Zhenwei produce some enough supply ,home brew 1000 kilos honey also quickly sold out ,the village two other considered honest and domesticated livestock ( production of farmyard manure ) farmers to join .
More than half a year down ,three farmers were sold 6000 yuan of food grains other than wheat and rice and honey .Li Zhenwei frankly ,such work is not good .Due to a load of a load of the farmyard manure pick up the mountain, his family crops than all the others home a week late sowing .
Calculate come down ,not more than in previous years to earn how much be .But Li Zhenwei was always enjoy it ,the village of animal manure fertilizer appears since later became garbage ,often into the river water pollution ,now to be used .
While the three farmers are also affecting other villagers to crops ,fertilizer and pesticides ,but less and less ,the amateur beekeeping him very important ,little poison to know how many bees .
D housewife and smallholder warmth interactive Taiwan Homemaker vinegar story in fact ,the green alliance carry out custom vegetable mode in developed areas have been doing it for years .
The famous Taiwan Homemaker ,the last century 90 attempts to directly to farmers to buy zero residue of pesticide products ,both parties negotiated price and product standard, advance payment of funds ,union balances by all members share .
So far ,the Homemaker has developed to 37000 members ,covering the whole of Taiwan .Yao Weihua said ,the Green League goal is Homemaker ,now she has been busy ,just set up by 9 enthusiastic members of the committee ,to share the burden of daily procurement .
Taiwan Politics University assistant researcher Ms. Yu Youhui is the senior member of the homemakers Union ,membership has been for 10 years .Earlier this month, she had to undertake agricultural investigation in Lankao ,know that Zhengzhou has a similar consumer Union ,said that good .
This pattern changed before consumers into stores only to buy or not to buy the two option ,can be directly decides the product standard ,eat to be at ease dish ;to smallholder is also a very good support ,get ahead of funds to ensure the production investment, avoid market risk ,can protect the traditional mode of production will not disappear .
According to Yu Youhui, Taiwan housewife alliance will be organized in each of the 4 consumer and producer of exchange activities ,there are full-time staff sampling products, so members of the alliance has absolute trust .
In this case ,consumer and producer have even between many warmth and interaction . A year of typhoon, the fruit apple fall ,no way to sell ,suffered heavy losses .But the Homemaker think there are ways ,taking these apples to buy to make apple cider vinegar ,and packaging to write this story ,as by members of the sought after .
While on the green alliance, this interaction has just begun .They have asked the Henan Agricultural University professor to give producers free teaching organic farming techniques ,and Guo Mingliang has also been depressed prices of impulsivity: money can rise up ,it is more difficult to promote organic food .
If I do ,so many friends to eat later ?( the price does not poor also how money ?Agricultural households distribution mode in recent years blowout ?Safety food how really reassuring and let ordinary people could afford to eat ?Please pay attention to looking for safe food .
